How to Restock Your Inventory

Step 1: Log In & Check Sales

Log in to your Wefulfil account.

On the left menu, click My Private Products.

Here you’ll see:

Total inventory – it means all the stock you currently have available to sell.

Committed inventory – it means stock that’s already tied up in unfulfilled orders.

Sales Quantity–Your sales from the last 7, 28, and 42 days.

 

Step 2: Get Recommended Stock

Click Recommended Stock Quantity.

Enter:

✅ Production Time – it means how many days it takes to produce your product

✅ Stock Days – it means how many days’ worth of stock you want to keep ready

Based on your recent sales data,Production Time,Stock Days, the system will automatically suggest the recommended quantity for each product variant.

 

Step 3: Submit Restock Request

Click Create Restock Order button and then type in the quantity for each variant, or just use the number we recommend.

Click Calculate Price, then Submit Request.

 

Step 4: Make Payment or Update Purchase Inventory

Open the request details page.

If you need to update your purchase inventory, click the button, enter the new quantity, then click Calculate & Update.

After that, complete your payment.

We support multiple payment methods, so just choose the one that works best for you.

 

Step 5: Track Progress

On the left menu, click Restock Requests.

Here you can check the status and see when your new stock is on its way.
