How to Restock Your Best Selling Inventory with Wefulfil

Step 1: Open Dashboard

• Log in to your Wefulfil account.
• On the Dashboard, you can view your best-selling inventory.
• Here you’ll see stock levels and sales from the past 28 days.

Step 2: Get Recommended Stock Quantity

• If you want to restock your best-selling products, click Recommended Stock Quantity.
• The system will calculate the suggested quantity based on:
  • Your average sales in the last 28 days
  • Your product’s production time
  • The number of stock days you want to prepare
  • Minus your current available inventory

Step 3: Create Restock Order

• Click Create Restock Order.
• Enter the quantity for each variant you want to restock.
• Then click Calculate Total ，Submit the restock order and pay the request.

Step 4: Track Restock Request

• Go to Restock Order Requests.
• Here you can view the status of your request, download invoices, and get the shipping mark.
