Product and shipping costs vary by product, destination, parcel profile and the approved fulfilment solution. Your account manager confirms the applicable scope before it is used for billing.
Wallet top-ups are currently available by bank transfer, Payoneer and WorldFirst. Bank transfer is the most commonly used top-up method. Every wallet top-up is manually reviewed before funds are credited.
